How do I turn on SMS for my account?

Reach out to support@voitex.com and we'll activate SMS for your number. Then pick your SMS landing branch in Settings.

Can I text from the number I already have?

Yes. SMS works on your existing Voitex business number, so contacts can call and text the same line.

What happens if a text doesn't match a command?

You choose. With “If no route found” you can send a reply, move the contact to another branch, or both.

Can people pay by text?

Yes. Pay SMS takes payments and donations inside the conversation, linked to your campaigns and merchant key.

Can my team reply from email?

Yes. Notify sends messages to your inbox, and with SMS via Email your replies are delivered as texts. Ask us if it's included in your plan.

How much does SMS cost?

Outgoing texts are $0.01 per segment, incoming texts $0.005 per segment, and MMS $0.02 per message, with all carrier fees already included. See the pricing page for details.
